Depending on the type of emotion, it’s natural to feel happy, sad, angry or shy etc. Different emotions direct us towards different behaviour. Hence it’s necessary to learn how to manage these varied emotion and behave in a acceptable way.

  • • When you see your child exhibiting extreme happiness or dullness, get into a dialogue to understand the reason and help them behave in a normal way.
