    4. Pour the broth or water into a roasted pan.
    5. Place turkey in the oven and turn the temperature to a little down about 350°F
    6. Cook for 13 minutes per pound.
    7. Baste the turkey every 45 minutes.
    8. Check the outer thigh, breast, and inside thigh.
    9. Rest the turkey before carving.
    10. Carve it, enjoy it fresh.
