    Ingredients:

    • 1 jar of water (room temperature)
    • 2 inches ginger (grated)
    • Juice of 1 a lemon
    • ½ teaspoon pepper (optional)

    Directions:
    In the jar of water add the lemon juice, pepper (optional) and grated ginger and mix thoroughly for a minute. The detox water is ready to consume.
