     Ingredients: Mixed sprouts: 1 cup

  • Finely grated carrot: 1/2 cup
  • Paneer cubed: 1/2 cup
  • Onions finely chopped: 2
  • Green Chillies finely chopped: as per taste
  • Tomato finely chopped: 1
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon Juice to taste


  •  Take sprouted moth beans, moong dal and black Channa in a deep bowl

2.Dates Smoothie


  • Chopped and pitted dates: 1/2 cup
  • Milk: 1 cup
  • Vanilla frozen yogurt: 1/2 cup
  • Cinnamon (optional)


  • Put all the above ingredients in a blender
  • Blend it nicely till the dates are completely mixed with the other ingredients

3.Pizza Fresca Bites


  • Bread slices cut in the round: 6

     For the sauce

  • Garlic cloves: 1 or 2
  • Extra virgin olive oil: 1 tbsp
  • Spring onions finely chopped: 2
  • Basil leaves: 1/4 cup
  • Ripe tomato: 1
  • Sliced olives: 2 tbsp
  • Cheese slice: 6


  • Peel the garlic, smash it and remove the skin
  • Place it in a bowl and mix the smashed cloves well with olive oil
  • Add chopped spring onions along with their greens
  • Tear the basil leaves and add it to the bowl
  • Chop the tomatoes finely and add to the bowl
  • Add pepper powder and sliced olives (optional)
  • Now mix all the ingredients in the bowl well and let it blend
  • Leave the mixture in the bowl for 5 minutes before using

   Ingredients: Chocolate Marie biscuits- 10

  • Milk – 1/2 cup
  • Sugar- 5 to 6 tbsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp


  • Finely crush the Marie biscuits in a mixer
  • Now take a deep bowl and add the contents into it
  • Add the milk, sugar, and butter and whisk all the contents well
  • Pour this whisked mixture in a baking tray
  • Set it properly
  • Garnish it with almonds and pistachios
  • Place the tray in the freezer for about 20 to 25 minutes
  • Once done transfer the contents into the refrigerator section and cool it for an hour

    Ingredients: White bread slices: 6

  • Canned pineapple slices: 3
  • Butter: 3 tsp
  • Pineapple crush: 3 tsp

  • In a deep bowl, layer half of the tomatoes, cucumber, pepper, onions, olives and salt and pepper. Repeat layers two or three times
  • In a small bowl combine all the dressing ingredients
  • Toss the ingredients over the vegetables
  • Cover and chill several hours or overnight

    Ingredients: Light water-packed tuna drained and flaked: 1 can (6 ounces)

  • Multigrain bread with the crusts removed: 4 slices

  • Mint: 15-20 sprigs

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Feta cheese or crumbled paneer: 1/4 cup


  • Cut the watermelon into cubes, discard the seeds and keep aside
  • Cut the onion lengthwise and add to the watermelon
  • In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper

  • Mix well
  • Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top of the salad along with feta cheese or crumbled paneer

15.Pinwheel sandwiches

    Ingredients: Bread slices: 6

  • Mixed fruit jam: 2 tsp
  • Cheese spread: 2tsp
  • Mustard sauce: 1 tsp
  • Softened Butter: 1 tsp
  • Green chutney: 1 tsp
  • Mix colored capsicum (red, yellow and green): a few thin slices
  • Finely chopped black olives: 2 tsp


  • Remove the sides from all the bread slices
  • With the help of a rolling pin flatten each bread slice
  • Keep the bread slice on a clean, dry surface and evenly spread 1 tsp of jam on it
  • Cover it with another bread slice
  • Now spread 1 tsp of cheese spread and 1/2 tsp of mustard paste on this second slice
  • Cover it with the third bread slice and spread 1/2 tsp of butter and 1/2 tsp of green chutney evenly on it
  • Place a few thinly sliced capsicum slices on one side of the sandwich and top it with 1 tsp of olives
  • Tightly roll the bread slices from the side where capsicum is placed
  • Keep rolling till you reach the other end to make a roll
  • Cut the roll into equal portions using a knife
  • Serve your pinwheel sandwiches

16.Chilled Banana Delight

    Ingredients: Sweetened whipped cream: 150 gms

  • Chocolate ice cream: 150 gms
  • Banana: 2
  • Mould


  • In a deep bowl mix together the whipped cream and chocolate ice cream
  • Cut the banana diagonally and place two halves at the base of a Mould.
  • Spoon half the chocolate ice cream and whipped cream mixture on the top
  • Add the remaining banana halves and top it with rest of the ice cream and whipped cream mixture
  • Refrigerate for 4-5 hours till it is set
  • Turn out of the Mould and serve

17.Mango Salsa

  Ingredients: Ripe and sweet mango cubed: 1

  • Red bell pepper finely chopped: 1/2 cup
  • Mint leaves finely chopped: a handful
  • Coriander leaves finely chopped: a handful
  • Lemon juice : 3 tbsp
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
  • Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper
  • Mix well and refrigerate for ½ an hour

   Ingredients: Bread slices: 3

  • For the apple spread
      • Grated apple – 1
      • Cheese spread: 1 tbsp
    • Salt and pepper: 1/4 tsp
  • For the carrot spread
      • Grated carrot – 1/4 cup
      • Plain cheese spread: 2 tbsp
      • Chopped raisins: 2 tbsp
    • Salt and pepper – 1/4 tsp


  • Mix all the ingredients of the apple spread, and carrot spread separately
  • Take a slice of bread and apply apple spread on it
  • Cover it with another slice
  • Spread the carrot spread on the second slice
  • Cover this with the third slice and cut into fingers
  • Repeat the same to make more sandwiches

    Ingredients: Muesli:1 cup

  • Yogurt: 2 cups
  • Apple: 1 grated
  • Honey : 3 tbsp
  • Nuts of your choice: 1/2 cup
  • Chopped Strawberries or any fruits of your choice: 1/2 cup


  • Grate an apple and mix it well with the yogurt
  • To this, add 3 tbsp of honey. If your apple is very sweet, you can reduce the amount of honey. Honey can be adjusted as per your liking, or you can totally skip this
  • Blend this yogurt mixture nicely and keep aside
  • Take a glass or a bowl in which you want to serve it, add a layer of the muesli at its base

         Ingredients: Cucumber: 1 thick-cut into 1/4 inches thick slices without peeling

    • Cheese slices cut into a square: 2
  • For filling
    • Boiled and grated potatoes: 4
    • Cheese spread: 2 tbsp
    • Cream: 2 tbsp
    • Salt and pepper to taste


    • Mix all the ingredients under the filling to a smooth paste
    • Take the cucumber roundels
