  1. Mixed Sprouts Chaat

    • Finely grated carrot: 1/2 cup
    • Paneer cubed: 1/2 cup
    • Onions finely chopped: 2
    • Green Chillies finely chopped: as per taste

    • Lemon Juice to taste


    •  Take sprouted moth beans, moong dal, and black chana in a deep bowl.
    •  Add small cubes of paneer, onions, green chilies, tomatoes, salt, and pepper to this mixture.
    •  Sprinkle some lemon juice as per your taste.

  2. Dates Smoothie


    • Chopped and pitted dates: 1/2 cup
    • Milk: 1 cup
    • Vanilla frozen yogurt: 1/2 cup
    • Cinnamon (optional)


    • Put all the above ingredients in a blender
    • Blend it nicely till the dates are completely mixed with the other ingredients
    • Pour the contents into a tall chilled glass

    • Pepper powder

     For the Sauce:

    • Garlic cloves: 1 or 2
    • Extra virgin olive oil: 1 tbsp

    • Basil leaves: 1/4 cup
    • Ripe tomato: 1
    • Sliced olives: 2 tbsp

    • Milk – 1/2 cup
    • Sugar- 5 to 6 tbsp
    • Butter – 2 tbsp
    • Almonds and pistachios


    • Finely crush the Marie biscuits in a mixer
    • Now take a deep bowl and add the contents into it
    • Add milk, sugar, and butter and whisk all the contents well
    • Pour this whisked mixture into a baking tray
    • Set it properly
    • Garnish it with almonds and pistachios
    • Place the tray in the freezer for about 20 to 25 minutes
    • Once done, transfer the contents into the refrigerator section and let it cool for an hour

    • In a deep bowl, layer half of the tomatoes, cucumber, pepper, onions, olives, and salt. Repeat layers two or three times
    • In a small bowl combine all the dressing ingredients
    • Toss the ingredients over the vegetables
    • Cover and let it chill for several hours, preferably overnight
    • Your salad is ready

    • Sweetened whipped cream: 150 gm
    • Chocolate ice cream: 150 gm
    • Banana: 2
    • Mould


    • In a deep bowl, mix the whipped cream and chocolate ice cream

    • With a spoon, put half the chocolate ice cream and whipped cream mixture on the top

    • Muesli:1 cup

    • Honey : 3 tbsp
