I love jackruit and eat several pieces each day .I've lived in S'pore,M'sia and Thailand for 46 years .I have several trees here in my garden in Central Thailand. Eating too much at one sitting can cause excessive flatulence ,especially in the fairer sex. I regularly boil the seeds which are somewhat similar to water chestnuts and are also very nutritious. I have on occasions added the fruit ,minus seed ,to spicy Malay and Thai curries . Very tasty .
