Although you may be apprehensive about how your little one’s stomach can adjust to the new alteration in diet, you need not worry as babies adjust very soon without many hassles. One such food that would be ideal to introduce to your little one’s palate is fresh and boiled green peas. They are an excellent source of proteins and are guaranteed to do your little darling a world of good.
Green peas are loaded with Vitamin A, C, and B1 andB6. They are also a rich source of folates and niacin that make it a wonderful addition to your baby’s diet. They also contain considerable traces of iron and fiber too.
Peas are best introduced when your little one is approximately six months old. However the best course would be to consult your pediatrician to ensure what time is best for your little one.
