1. Dry Fruit Milkshake


  • Chilled skimmed milk- 4 cups
  • Vanilla ice cream – 4 scoops
  • Mixed nuts according to choice – 1 cup
  • Powdered sugar – 10 tbsp


      • Put the skimmed milk, vanilla ice cream, powdered sugar and sugar in a blender
      • Blend till the ingredients become smooth
      • Pour into individual glasses and serve

  • Vanilla ice cream: 1 cup
  • Whole milk: 1 ½ cups
  • Mint chocolate Oreo biscuits: 4


      • Mix all the above ingredients in a blender and blend them till they are smooth

  • Chocolate ice cream: 1 cup
  • Fresh or frozen strawberries: 1/2 cup
  • Whole milk : 1 1/2 cups

  • Milk: 1/2cup
  • Vanilla ice cream: 2 cups
  • Pineapple cubes: 1 cup


      • Add milk and pineapple cubes to a blender and blend them well till the pineapple cubes are crushed and blended well with the milk
      • Add the vanilla ice cream and blend till all the ingredients are mixed well
      • Pour the milkshake in a tall glass, and top it up with a slice of pineapple or some fresh whipped cream

  • Ripe peaches: 2
  • Vanilla ice cream: 2 cups
  • Milk: 1/2 cup


      • Slice the peaches into large chunks and remove the seed and peel the skin

      • Add the vanilla ice-cream, and milk and blend them all together

  • Milk: 2 cups
  • Almonds: 16
  • Thinly sliced carrots:3/4 cup
  • Cardamom powder: 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar: 1 tbsp


      • Soak the almonds for about 4 hours in water or you can even soak the almonds in boiling water for 10 minutes
      • Boil the milk
      • Peel the skin and finely chop the almonds
      • Wash and peel the carrots. Thinly slice them
      • When the milk starts to boil, add the sugar to it and stir well
      • Continue boiling the milk till it thickens and the quantity of milk reduces a bit
      • Now add the chopped almonds and green cardamom powder to the milk
      • Switch off the gas stove
      • Transfer the milk mixture to a bowl, and refrigerate
      • Once the mixture cools down, add carrots to it
      • Add this mixture to a blender and blend it smoothly
      • Transfer the carrot milkshake into glasses and serve

7. Peanut Buttercup Milkshake


  • Chocolate ice cream: 1 1/2cup
  • Butterscotch ice cream: 1 1/2 cup
  • Peanut butter: 1/4 cup
  • Whole milk: 1/4 cup
  • Salt: A pinch
  • Whipped cream(optional)


      • Combine the chocolate ice cream, butter scotch ice cream, peanut butter, milk and salt and transfer into a blender

  • Fat free milk: 2 cups
  • Vanilla fat free yogurt: 1 cup
  • Thawed pineapple and orange juice concentrate: 1/2 cup

      • Process all the above ingredients in a blender
      • Let the contents become smooth

  • Uncooked oats: 1/4 cup
  • Chia seeds: 1 tsp
  • Unsweetened coconut milk: 1 cup
  • Milk (optional): 1/2 cup

  • Frozen fresh or canned pineapple pieces: 1 cup
  • Vanilla extract: 1/2 tsp
  • Honey: 1 to 2 tsps


    • Blend the oats and the chia seeds to form flour like texture

    • Blend the entire contents well
    • Remove and add honey or sugar to it
